Stoney Batter Studio was founded in June 2000 by Padraig Cunningham, Claire Halpin and Linda Shevlin with the intention of creating a group studio that provides a permanent and creative work environment, allowing the personal and professional development of a number of artists to produce quality works of art. The resident artists are: Suzanne Collins, Claire Halpin, Vanessa Marsh, Kelly O’Connor & Mairead O’Neill Laher.
Stoney Batter Studio is part of VISIT 2008.
VISIT 2008 is an artists open studios weekend, taking place across Dublin city. Half the participating studios will open on Saturday 19th April and the other half on Sunday 20th April; please check studio profiles for scheduled opening times. VISIT is a free public event.
